taste is about like a big hunk of rib meat off a slab of baby backs.... it was great... got the rib flav. and then the sweet of the glaze then you get a smack of black pepper...

I was just fixing to ask how it was ... I might need to do some grilling tomorrow. GC is off until the 4th ... Gotta spoil him ...
