Suggestions for rimfire mods and rifle for steel challenge.

I would think that just about any shorter barrel rifle would work just fine.

In that vein of thought,,,
I'm going to try my CZ-512 Carbine.

It's short and handy enough,,,
And uses 5, 10, or 25 round mags.

Is your 22/45 a MKIII?
Keep in mind that AR parts will fit in a MP 15-22. Such as trigger and stock.

It's been literally flawless with one exception.

She loves 40 grain LRN Mini-Mags,,,
As well as Federal 36 grain HP from Wal-Mart,,,
So far I've been able to burn through the ten round mags with no problem.

I did run one 10 round mag of mil-surp LRN Remington standard velocity through her,,,
She ran the ammo all right but I did notice the wax lubricant in the action,,,
Sp I'll stick with copper washed ammo if possible.

The only ammo she didn't like was some Obama Era Rem Golden Bullets,,,
But then again, none of my semi-auto rifles or pistols like that stuff.

I keep threatening to drive to Ponca for one of your steel challenge matches,,,
When I do I'll be sure to bring the carbine and let you try her out.
