I was browsing office supplies on one of my favorite websites, and ran across this:

It works as a fountain or a roller ball, which is great since I could convert it to a roller ball for when I travel. Seems they run about $20 or so. I think I may have to order one and give it a try.

OOOOh! Gotcha! Back in Russia I had to go through highschool using fountain pens, since my mom decided to stock-up on notepads what were somehow wax-soaked - ball pen wouldn't write on it.

You went to high school in Russia?

I'm not making fun, that's seriously interesting.

Yeah, I was born and raised in Russia - moved to OK in '96. My Okie/Commie accent makes people's heads explode when we go racing up north - them guys don't know what to ask: do we still ride the wagons or is it always cold or a combination of both?
