Always wondered why it is that the places with the most restrictive gun laws have the highest gun murder rates? Seems ironic that the left declares the war on drugs a failure because you can't stop the flow of drugs across our borders but somehow a war on guns will be more successful. This whole logic and reasoning thing is just so damn confusing!
Statistically, minority males are automatically endangered by other minority males. If I were in that category, I'd never set a foot outside unless I was armed.
That's playing with per capita statistics, if you go with just raw numbers, not percentages or hundred thousand that's how the Dems twisted things out of portion. You never hear Democrats talking about per capita when it comes to murders

Have yet to see an instance where Bill Whittle has screwed up or fudged any numbers he presents.
In my humble opinion that is nothing but racial profiling, even if it is true. Are we not about equal rights for everyone, no matter what race, religion, creed or sexual preference they are.
Along the same lines, what about the question on ATF form 4473, 10 a. that asks:
10 a. Ethnicity:
Hispanic or Latino
Not Hispanic or Latino
You have to check one. No one else could get away with that but ATF.

I think that form violates the ADA. It's not printed in braille and a proxy can not fill it out. It may sound dumb but a blind person or a person with no arms/hands or anyone who is impaired and cannot write does not forfeit the right to bear arms based on a form.
I really the the ADA would defeat that form.
