I was there from 8 till noon today. The crowds were fairly light - I only got stuck once in foot traffic, and even then, only momentarily. I spoke with several of the recurring vendors, and they said their sales were nil to middling. With the world's greatest firearms salesman no longer in the White House, I suspect people are more relaxed about buying and selling.

I picked up a LEAD rebuilt Springfield M1 Garand in excellent condition, with a pristine 1960s SA barrel and a nice birch stock marked with the LEAD triangle, for about what the CMP charges for a Service Grade. Who was it on this forum who said to forget getting good deals at gun shows?

It was very light, was there from 8am -1:45 or so. Wore out! Licked up a few accessories for the AR.

No big purchases, was going to purchase a 30/30 from an individual, but he wanted $450, I offered him $300 and he eas attached to it due to it being his uncles rifle and was there to sell it for his Aunt.

Then i offered him $350 and he looked at me like i was crazy and i dare I offer him that. His wife and daughter just stood there waiting for his response.

I turned around amd walked away.

My boys enjoyed until they seen we were not even half ways. My 14 yr old seed there was a lower level and he said.

I dont want to see anymore guns lol

I went from 8-1...if you are going after a ruger revolver either Blackhawk, redhawk, or vaquero, modern made 1873 sharps, SKS, or AK...then this aint the show for you. This was the first Tulsa show ive been to where I didn't buy a single item...If I had more hands I would give it 4 thumbs down.

I was there from 8 to 3:30 and wound up selling off two guns and buying three. Noticed a lot of high prices as usual but some prices were decent. The only New gun I thought of buying I just couldn't make myself purchase was a Beretta APX. I'm happy with the ones I did buy.

Lots of SKSs and AKs; saw an Albanian, a stamped receiver Chinese, and many other Chinese, Russians, and Yugos. Picked up an SGL21 for $850, two triangle 36 drums for around $125 each, and a buddy picked up a preban Chinese double folder, a fixed stock spiker, and the lucky dirtbag caught a guy with a Polytech Legend underfolder in unfired condition (no box) with a pristine bayonet and three chrome follower mags for $2000. And the serial number just happens to be 000047.
