Thanksgiving Turkey/Smoked Turkey

Hey All,
Its getting that time....turkey time,that is. I may get a chance to cook or smoke my own turkey,but do to family issues..Father-Inlaw's health..I probably will need one cooked.

Ones that I have used and..ummm..well, I'm looking for others.

Any others that you have used and recommend. **Also,any that offer the whole package..turkey,potatoes,dressing...etc. Take out..not an eat in.

Smoking at turkey at Thanksgiving is one of the few traditions we have around here so I don't know about the "store bought" smoked turkeys. GC has mentioned before that he has had one from Cusack's and it was good. Or it might have been a ham ... he's asleep right now ... I'll try to remember to ask him when he gets up.
