There are clues. I couldn't have named the base, but I pegged it as Cold-war military immediately. The separated-and-staggered parking pads to keep one bomb or strafing run from damaging multiple aircraft, but the angled ramps feeding the runway for quick access gave it away at least that much.

My google fu is strong. European airbases use the bunkered plane setup a lot. Saw it in Iraq and it is unmistakable. Last one was German so I googled "German Air Base Map" to start and got nothing so I looked again and it was censored. Added that to the search string and viola.
