It was hard to quit a 6 figure job but ,Phillips 666 did what they could to make it easier. I retired as of Dec. of 2019. Counting overtime I was there 45 years. My retirement was decided in 3 day so it was almost a surprise to me. I'm getting to really like it now. I was out on the range three times this week counting the SNE yesterday.

Retired in 1985 from 24 years in the AF, went to work for the Postal Service for 86 days and transferred to the VA Hospital. Retired from there in '98 and I'll remain retired unless the government changes to socialism or communism and then we'll all lose everything and have to work for the people. I'm supposed to live a long life according to genetics and so far I'm good.
