We can only hope that he tries to recoup his pension by "blowing the whistle" on the Hildebeast.

Not that the pension will help after those 7 self inflicted shots to the back.
Oh, it's getting better. Rep. Kevin Mccarthy of the Judiciary committee says there are 1.2 million pieces of paper regarding the FISA warrant that deal with all of the Clinton/Comey/Page/ etc, but the Judiciary committee has only received 3100 of them sent to the Judiciary committee that have been heavily redacted.
One of the committee members went out and found some more emails between bad actors in this story that tell about their personal relationship with the FISA Judge and how they got the guilty verdict from General Michael Flynn even though the FBI Agent said he didn't think Flynn lied which Flynn confessed to because he ran out of money to contest the charge. He has had to sell his home and liquidate his assets to defend himself and couldn't do it any longer.

Text messages obtained by The Federalist show that Peter Strzok and Lisa Page conspired to collude with Judge Rudolph Contreras, a FISA judge who presided over Michael Flynn's guilty plea and was later removed from the case.

Until people start going to prison, this behavior will not change.
Firing just means the opportunity for a job with the DNC, or one of its sympathisers.

Fines aren't a problem, some slush fund somewhere pays the fine .

Prison is what these folks don't want to face.
I don't think they even fear the thought of prison itself. After all, prison for the elite is lime a closed door country club. What they don't want to face is the loss of power to corrupt. These people never stop, even after public office is no longer a viable option. :(

Interesting theater if I am understanding this correctly. A 1.8 million dollar prize almost within reach, suddenly snatched away.
Consternation, hasty statements by McCabe and other swamp denizens...all with maximum press coverage.
Democrats rushing to help one of their own without thinking that by coming to his aid they may end up besmirched.

Reading liberal news sources today, they have rounded up the wagons on Mccabe and Comey trying to defend their actions.
There is a two tiered system for justice in this country, and none of them will see the country club.
One democrat offered Mccabe a two day job so he could get his pension, although I don't know how that would work under civil service regulations. Probably a statement to get their name in the headlines.
