I think theres something sinister about the red haired prisoner. Things seem to be a little too easy with him.

I suspect that at least two people will die when/if the prison gets attacked. My guess is it will be Hershel and probably the other prisoner.

I was thinking that Merle would be involved with the attack on the prison. While there, he would kill the baby and be threatening Carl. Hershel would "step" in and kill Merle only to find out that Merle's prosthetic hand workup would work perfectly on his leg. Of course he would have to take the bayonet off. Unless he was on police detail. Then it would be helpful.

Darryl and Merle will survive. On te scenes you could hear Darryl's voice and glen yelling about why he brought Merle back to the prison.

Wondering what Andrea is going to do now that she sees who the Governor Really is, who the group that attacked Woodbury really was, and realizes that Maggie/Glen were being held.

Tyrese is a former NFL player turned bouncer, and he loves using his hammer on zombies. In the comic, he has some family members with him and they meet Rick's group early on, even before they make it to Hershel's farm. He's also a horrible shot, but excels in up-close combat. He's no longer alive in the comic, but I won't say how he went out.

Rick was just having a hallucination that the guy doing the shooting was Shane. Of course it wasn't, it was just some other guy.
