There not much I like better than being in the woods while it's snowing.

My neighbor had a place on Grand Lake near the Aspinwall area. There were several hills to navigate to get to his enclosed dock. It started snowing one time and we were catching so many crappie that we forgot about the snowing. When it came time to leave, several hours later, I had to have two of the guys sit on the back tailgate of the truck, and bonce up and down, to have enough traction to climb the hills. It was butt pucker situation.

When we were living in the RV in Colorado for two winters, we loved getting the snow. Where we were located, there was never any wind to speak of, so the stuff really accumulated, and one could go out in it to walk and only needed a light jacket. After a few minutes of walking, would could then be unzipping the jacket.

My dog and I spent a lot of time outside today. He loves snow Frisbee. We just got in from checking the barns and measuring the snow depth. 4” deep at 7:35pm here between Harrah and Choctaw.

Video was from this morning. He loves the snow. We took a long walk down around the pond today around 2pm, I had to keep him off the pond.
