people still wanting a plastic 22 after 3 years.
People still want a plastic 9mm (Glock) after more than 40 years.

I'm not saying anything about the steel vs. polymer debate,,,
But a good friend of mine bought three of these pistols for his sons.

Despite what the Internet pundits have to say about them,,,
All 3 of his P17's have proven to be reliable performers.

At $200.00 they just seem like a nice bargain to me.

I'll eventually get one but I'm in no hurry.
