The current society is full of kooks, on all topics. She is making her stand on optics. Her attempt to make a name for herself is harming the general public of firearm enthusiasts. I agree with her principles, and her right to express those principles, but her actions do more harm than good. If we all took her approach, we would have society screaming for enhanced "gun control". We can all see the reaction to the "protests" of Jan. 6.
That’s possible, but there is one important difference between Boebert and the “2A auditors.” Those “auditors” have self-appointed themselves to their positions; the people of her district have chosen her to represent them in DC. Being a vocal 2A advocate was part of what got her elected, so that is, in effect, what her constituents sent her there to do.
