Most have a cinch feature which will allow you to keep all your mags in spot. Or you can throw them in the dump pouch during each shooting station and then move them back to your mag pouches when running in-between each station.

Lol... yes, I too have the tactical bald spot. Even if I wasn't going bald I would shave it that way, just for that competitive advantage.

I'm running with a 2L pack I got from wally world for $20.

I started practicing reloads today. Do y'all do admin or speed reloads on these things? I'm debating whether it'd be faster to speed reload and pickup mags before moving on, or take the time to do admin reloads.
