"Running" would be over selling it on my part. More like an airborne shuffle unless I trip... oh you mean equipment.

DD mk18 suppressed, aimpoint h1 or acog.

Crye JPC , 4 rifle and 3 pistol mags

Hydro on the back
dump pouch

As for "competing", I am suffering under no such delusion that I will be doing any of that.

I'm planning on running the following:

Pistol: Beretta 92fs - 3 mags
-Uncle Mike's Instructor belt
-Blackhawk CQC SERPA holster
-Blackhawk Double Mag Case

Rifle: my M4gery 16" build
-Magpul MS3 Sling
-2 20rd PMAGS, 2 30rd PMAGS
-Probably just iron sites, unless I can convince my wife I need a vortex strikefire...
-Still undecided on mag pouches, probably a MOLLE II FLC vest since they're cheap on ebay.

-Cheapo $20 hydration pack from walmart

I have a friend that's coming who'll be using his AK and 1911. I guess we'll be fighting the AK vs AR, 9mm vs .45 wars, lol.

Still thinking on the M1A (Maybe Garand?) & 1911, but will probably hit the easy button and use a mongrel M4 with 3x scope and either G19 or 21. I have more mags and reloading supplies for the 21 but will weigh the pistols & ammo to see if there's a huge difference. For gear, a lightweight Mayflower chest rig and Blackhawk paddle holster.

What's the expected time to complete the CofF? No use carrying water if its less than 30-45 min. Running shorts & shoes, synthetic t shirt. Ear plugs on a lanyard and shooting/ sunglasses.

I'm gonna need a lot more running practice tho, went for a 2.5 mi jog yesterday and clocked at 28 minutes and I would like to cut at least 10 min off that by the time this contest rolls around. I'm not that old but I'm defiantly not 17 any more. But the good news this has gotten me to make a serious effort to kick the cigarettes
