I am using the super duty drag link currently. I have already reamed the pitman arm for the larger Ford tie rod. But I found a bushing at Barnes 4WD the allow me to bolt the Chevy tie rod up after drilling the hole in the pitman arm to 7/8”.

The Ford drag link works, but it’s extended more than I like and there’s about 1” of thread engagement on each end.

Jam nuts are another issue. The thread on the Ford end is 1”-16 TPI.
Where can I find one of these?

I sourced a 1-16 tap that should be here next week. I may need to make the jam nut as well as the drag link sleeve.
