I believe this is what you're looking for, interesting to note they apparently took care of the fair issue and removed liability from entities who choose to prohibit carry.

Interesting to note that Tennessee took the other direction seeking to put the liability on those prohibiting carry rights in cases where someone is harmed while unable to legally protect themselves.

What do you mean by "took care of the fair issue"? I seem to remember the Oklahoma State Fair became a prohibited place at some point, now it says fairgrounds are specifically NOT prohibited. Is that what you're referring to? I wasn't aware that had changed, but I don't find it now, so I'm very pleased about that. I don't typically go to the fair anymore, it's noisy, expensive and generally ends up pretty disappointing, but if it's not "prohibited" any longer, then I might actually consider it at some point. *for the kid and/or the wife
I don't know if the fair was prohibited before but this reads to me like it is now, again with "legaleze" I could be wrong, again maybe a lawyer will show up and "splain" it to us for sure.
Yes, in reading this last one, I see where the Oklahoma City and Tulsa fairgrounds are prohibited. Therefore, there is no reason for me to go there.
Yeah I haven't been in well over 15yrs. like you said an expensive disappointment and it also seems to have more problems and violence every year.
I guess they don't want my kind there. It's a private park, so I guess they can discriminate if they wish.
