As you have mentioned elsewhere, Trump doesn't need SCOTUS anyway. His enemies will be tried before military tribunals, and Trump himself will pull the lever as they stand upon the gallows.
So even after SCOTUS denies his dreams there will still be hope. Hope springs eternal.

The Kraken cases are Powell's, however Trump's legal teams haven't had much luck either. And no, SCOTUS hasn't heard any and might not. The closest so far seems to be Texas' attempt at original jurisdiction, which trump has attempted to intervene in. But beyond that Trump's team has lost almost every time and has not been taken up by the high court. Perhaps yet.
