Looks like you have a union (Tuplumber may want to confirm). You should be able to shutoff your water, drain the lines and spin the brass nut off the bottom and top of the regulator, take it up to Locke supply and get another one. They might even carry them at Lowes or Home Depot.

That is a union below. Cut above and see if there is one on the top. Locke plumbing supply, winnelson in BA are going to be the best places to get one at. I am not sure either is open today.

I bet there open. Some of the plumbing supply places will close down early though just to give the employees some added time off. That's the only reason I am on here and not working today. Taking extra time off for the holidays with the family.
