And of course the "2009" model Camaro they showed was really a 2013, and you won't get a test drive out of a dealership without giving them your drivers license first, at which point they would have known he was Jeff Gordon.
your right it wasn't jeff gordan....i'm sure at some point and time i seen him take a RIGHT HAND TURN.
i think the dealership knew and pepsi i think makes enough money to cover damages. so they probably helped set things up and just picked on one of the salesman and i would put my money on that is jeff behind the wheel...nothing too extreme in the driving.
when i was in whichita as a kia/chevy new and used car/truck salesman (12yrs ago) we had a guy buy a truck (ordered it in), he couldn't get it till the next day. he shows up and fills out all the work. then the boss' brother---- super douche...the "car salesman" you all dred---- shows up late to work has no idea whats been going on and tries to sell the truck to the guy! the guy comes in and leaves super douche outside, the boss and the old guy set up a gag. the old guy says "care if i test drive it".... "lets go" says super douche, he fills out the form and off they go.....10hrs later they show up. the old farmer showed him all kinds of things about farming...LOL. super douche was pissed but we all got a good laugh at it!!

Last year, Ford did a series of commercials called "Rocket Science" which featured Carl Edwards taking Ford engineers around the Dearborn Proving Grounds in an SHO. Lots of real speed and AWD tire smoke, and at least one "concerned" engineer; I think the outtake video was the best of the lot.
