In the video #2, you can see the dog owner pull up slowly, checking things out. Then proceeds to get out and video. He didn't need to stop.

I judge the authorities with a critical eye and I believe that our police forces are becoming more overly aggressive each day, but in this case, it looks like a legit shooting to me.

I cannot stand litigators and instigators like this "victim" just as much as out of control police culture.

Because he was acting like the typical turd you find in a city like Hawthorne. Too bad the dog was shot but you can blame the foolish owner for his dead best friend.

Sorry but they should have shot the owner and saved the dog. It would have been better all the way around.

You beat me to it! The dog paid the price for having a dumbass for an owner.

I lived not too terribly far from there for a year. I'm sooooooooooooo glad to be out of that $hi*hole.
