Yeah I'd like to go and just see what folks bring in for the rock island folks to evaluate. But I'm sure I'd get in trouble for trying to poach some before they made it in.

Are you saying you cannot parking lot buy what people are bringing in?

If a good deal could be had on a 30/30 lever gun, a Marlin Camp 9, a convertible long barrel NAA mini master with adjustable sights, a convertible Ruger long barrel single six, a Savage Model 24, a M1 carbine, a .22 WSM Ruger 10/22, or a Ruger GSR and I had the folding money in pocket to make it mine, I'd probably make it mine. I don't hold out much hope of that happening, though.

I'd just be happy to leave with a couple of Ruger JMX-1 mags and a healthy supply of CCI .22 WSM ammo to feed them, scored at a good price. I'm not very confident that will happen, either.

Oh well, a guy can dream I guess.
