I had a 70 1/2 camaro that the door came open a couple times when turning in an intersection. Then one day it wouldn’t open at all. I kicked the heck out of it from the inside with no luck. After a week of Bo Duke’n it, I pulled the panel off in the back seat. Was able to get to the latch with a small pry bar. I got it open and cleaned and lubed the latch up good and reassured alignment. Never had an issue again.
