The Colt Police Positive Special is a favorite of mine. This one is in 32 S&W Long/32 Colt New Police.

I don't knew if it's necessarily my favorite, but it's what I've carried in my pocket for the last 5+ years and that's my S&W Shield 9mm. Admittedly I have to do a hand test every time I look at new pants or shorts to buy because it's just barely a pocket pistol.
