Looking at a tikka 6.5 CM for long range shooting
I'd like to find a very accurate 22 bolt action with a threaded barrel to pair with my shush can.
I believe you want the Savage Mark II FV-SR.... the one I have is so accurate I feel like it's cheating to shoot with it.
I’ll second a MK II FV-SR, mine shoots standard velocity CCI into a ragged hole at 50 yards all day. I did swap out the stock on mine cause I wanted to but I didn’t need to.
If you feel the need to spend more than you should, then a Tikka or browning T-bolt are good too

I bought a second hand Tikka T1x 22lr a few months ago and really like it.
Never had a suppressor, I think this may be the year.
