It makes sense if you don't think about it.

I'd still like to find a good deal on a Delta Elite but I've lost interest in the G42 and the Ruger 10mm GP100 from my 2023 wish list. Took the first step into purchasing a suppressor last week so I'm hoping the wait won't be too long (they said they've been getting approvals in 5 months), after it comes in I suppose I'll be looking for something(s) to pair it with if I'm not happy with my current arsenal. I still have a lot to learn about the accessories needed to not turn the firearm into a single action.

It is that time of year again! What firearms are on y’all’s wishlists for next year?

I acquired a few this year that were on my wishlist but as for 2024 I know I’ll for sure add another Glock but not totally positive which model yet.

Besides Glocks the only other pistols I want are a

CZ P-01
CZ P-09
CZ P-07
CZ P-10 F
Ruger Super Wrangler

Would also like to get a Hi Power still and another 1911 of some sort but can’t decide what brand I want to get.

I don’t really have any rifles or shotguns I want. Been really focused on pistols.

How about you OSA?
A cz457 mtr or bergara at one b14r, either in 22lr. Got the scope for them, would like to try prl22.

Never had a suppressor, I think this may be the year.
A Kimber KDS9c is calling to me as well.

What's the attraction for 6mm ARC?

The main attraction of the 6ARC is that it provides better long-range performance in AR 15 platforms versus 22 caliber rifles. It also uses readily-available 6mm bullets. It basically gives one close to 243 Win performance out of an AR15. I personally don’t see any advantages in using 6ARC in a bolt action. Bothe the 243 and 6mm Remington provide higher performance.

I've had a bad habit of accumulating ammo for firearms I don't own. Odd and large cartridges mostly. Always had intentions of eventually and hopefully buying a the firearms to fit lol. I'd need to sell my home, and vehicles to accomplish that lol.

I need to pick up a new scope and front rest for my f class rig.
I also have a Borden action, Manners T2a stock and Brux barrel to build on. All I need is a trigger and bottom metal then its off to the smith.
Going to rebarrel my 6.5 06 Improved back to a heavy barreled 30 06.
Thats just off the top of my head

This is mostly correct. 6 ARC lets you shoot long range with hight BC bullets out of an AR15 rifle. But when it comes to bolt rifles the 6 ARC still has the performance of the 243 and 6 mm rem but with less recoil. Plus if you are already reloading for 6 ARC ar15. the same powder primers bullets you already have. There are all kind of Pros and Cons but for me the pros out weigh the cons.
