Verizon. Woman needed new replacement phone. Sales guy said 'use this app to transfer all data and other apps+ their data, it's easy'. Bull defecation. Worst app I've ever used. Consumed many hours of frustration and phone still would not set up. Half hour on hold and another twenty minutes with tech rep before phone was functional. Then had to find apps in the 'store' and set them up. Woman is still pissed off(me too).
