Probably not a lot. My Uncle had a go cart with two 13 HP MaCulloch chain saw motors, that was a blast for a 140 lb teenager to haul around a parking lot in. Solid rear axle did donuts with ease...

Bench grinder is my first thought. If you don't need a bench grinder, you could add a cam to the shaft and make a helluva reciprocal *** machine.

Does it count against NFA if you made it into a really really fast motorized booger finger on the bang switch device??? This does have potential.
