69 Cobra with the 429CI for a domestic vehicle.

A few years back, Had to go to Italy for a training class. landed in Milan, and caught a bus to Bressia. On the road(italian version of the autobaunn) we were running almost 90mph, when we got passed by a Lamborgini Contessa. It had to be going 150mph+

Well a lot of great cars so far. My halo dram cars would probably be the aforementioned Zonda F or Ferrari 458 Italia, but those probably wouldn't work too well around here. I could say the Porche 911 GT3RS, which you could at least get serviced locally. It would still probably beat you to death on our terrible roads.
These days, I'm thinking more along the lines of one of these:

I started my hot rodding days with a heavily massaged 66' Mustang GT notchback and recently traded our 02' triple black Vette for one of these:

Not the fastest, but it's still pretty fun to drive and we got 36.4 mpg on our 1st road trip in it. These days I appreciate a little comfort with my speed.
