Where did you buy your first gun.

My first three guns, all shotguns, were all bought at my great-uncles convenience/gun store at Territory Town, west of Okemah. He passed away before a bought a fourth shotgun or a rifle and beside losing a really interesting/great family member I also had to learn the difference between dealer price and retail.

First gun I bought after coming of age was at the old new Wal-Mart in Shawnee, not the old old Wal-Mart and not the new Wal-Mart, lol.

My first official purchase was online. Picked up a sweet Sig Sauer P6 during the import program a couple years ago. Got it for $259 and it's still my favorite gun to this day.

Charter Arms AR-7 from Bill's in Claremore when I was 14. Of course they wouldn't sell it to me so I had my Uncle buy it for me. Being the great guy he was he didn't ask many questions : ) I broke it all down, put it in my Claremore Zebra's book bag and rode my bike home with it. Can you even immagine what would hapen if that went down today? Come to think of it, he bought me a cap gun revolver set when I was really small too. Damn I miss him!
