Check the phone book though. You may be able to find local coin dealers and save the shipping and insurance costs. Just don't pay too much. There shouldn't be more than a 5% markup over the base price of the metal for bullion grade coins.
I see you are in Edmond. You may be able to pick up your coins at the APMEX warehouse.
I'd buy coin silver (1964 down) for the lowest margin. Seems some people haven't brought lately, it's hard to find ASE for $4 or $5 over melt value today and there's a shortage worldwide of coin blanks at present.
Name brand bars are the best deal in the larger sizes but there's a shortage of those too and it's been going up. Paper silver is much cheaper than physical silver so the ETF's are the most bang for the buck. All the way until there's a run (taking place now) on the COMEX.
Some claim they have the physical silver. The problem unlike gold that can be covered on a run by the Central Banks, governments don't own any silver. If an ETF's has to go to market and buy it they are upside down since the money they receive can't buy the amount of silver to back the ETF. Not that they don't have quite a bit of silver purchase from Warren Buffet when the ETF's kicked off in a sweet heart deal. Just like the past the big guys get first dibs and the little guys get screwed so be careful if you choose this avenue.

Apparently APMEX and Edmond Coin are no longer bed partners, at least to the point where APMEX has told me twice now that there is no local pickup anymore and that I must have my orders shipped. Not sure if Steve (think that's the owner's name) sold APMEX or what. It's just a lot more inconvenient now. APMEX, I believe, is now located in downtown OKC.
