Back when I was a kid, my dad would take several of us high school guys to Norman to an OU game. He would pose as our football coach and we would wear our letter jackets and get in for one thin dime. Of course, we sat in the south end zone, but what the heck, it was great. We're talking Tommy McDonald, Clendon Thomas, Jerry Tubbs.
When I went to OSU, students got in all campus events for zilch - football, basketball, wrestling, concerts, whatever. The Kingston Trio rings a bell.
