just wondering who all is going to the first day of archery anyone hunting public land

Private land for me.

i have a private place to go but its owned by two family members that dont get along so i dont know who else would be hunting there so i decided public for the first day hopfully no one will be in my spot

Monday opener is going to be pretty private. I thought about it, but haven't done any scouting on public. I know where there is some food plots planted by the ODW, but there is usually a ring of hunters around them.

I will be. My boss said technically he couldn't give me the day off, but that if I happened to come down with a cold and called in sick, then that's just his bad luck.

Hunted Beaver WMA archery and Ft. Supply WMA about 20y ago one weekend in December, never saw another hunter. The other 30+ years worth of deer hunts have always been private.

Public grounds are pretty good for archery and even Muzzleloader. Its gun season when they get really crowded.
