Just turned in my paper work on Sept 28!
I turned in my renewal about a month and a half ago. Just waiting for it to show up in my mail box.
OSBI charge CC on 10/1.
Just got my Utah today and it only took 41 days!
I got the orange card from USPS on Friday that I have a letter from OSBI to pick up on Monday.
Wife got her letter last Friday (Oct 1), cc payment on Aug 18. So, 44 days?
Got a call from the Sheriff's Office today at noon. My license came in and I immediately went and picked it up. Eighty-four (84) days from when I turned the paper work in to the Sheriff.
That includes two fingerprint rejects and a trip to OSBI in Oklahoma City for the third fingerprint session. Not bad. Carried for first time tonight. Felt good.

I picked up my renewal today at the post office. I swear it was just over 30 days.
