Who all is waiting for their CCW?

OSBI charge CC on 10/1.

I decided to call today (for the first time) because my spidey senses told me to. It came in yesterday! I am glad I didn't wait until I was notified.



36 days from application to arrival at Oklahoma County Sheriff's office.
25 days from OSBI charge on my credit card.

I just called OSBI and mine was ready. I submitted my application on September 16, my CC was dinged on October 1, and I have my CWL in my hand on October 28! Thanks to all on this thread for keeping everyone waiting informed.

I submitted my application on September 16th. As well. And picked it up October 25th.
I'm glad their getting faster on processing applications.

It certainly feels good to get it in.

I took my class on Oct. 9th, dropped off my application Oct. 14. I got my credit card statement yesterday and OSBI charded my card on the 21st. Who are you guys calling or emailing to see if your card is ready or is it too soon to check.

You need to call your local Sheriff's office. It should be the same place you took your application to in the first place. If I were your I would wait until about the 15th-20th until you call.

My updated timeline:

9/21 - dropped off application
10/1 - OSBI charged CC
10/21 - expiration date of license, date actually issued??
10/26 - date available at Sheriff's office
10/27 - date called/picked up, also date on letter from OSBI
10/28 - letter from OSBI postmarked
10/29 - letter from OSBI received

Thanks for the info. Slack. I thought that maybe the OSBI link on track you licence was the only place to go. I will wait patiently till the end of November or there about and then call the shefiff's office..

2 weeks and you are wanting to check? If you don't have it by end of november maybe check, other wise go shoot something and be patient.

I was fingerprinted about an hour ago, so I should be able to pick it up after work right?

is it ready yet? kidding....good to see the osbi is much faster than the year ago 90 days average.

they still haven't even charged my cc. submitted April 7th, guess that is only 17 days. I ain't near as patient as some of you guys. lol

I guess I'm in the same boat you were in just last year.
