Personal check is fine. . .at least at our Sheriff's department.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but at the OCSO, I believe it has to be cash or money order.

I turned in my paperwork on Nov. 22, 2010 to the sheriff's office. OSBI cashed my credit card on Dec. 1, 2010 and I received a letter from OSBI on Jan. 18, 2011 that my license was approved and should be at the sheriff's office. I went down and picked up my license at the sheriff's office on Jan. 18, 2011.

37 days later "that" letter arrives... Guess I go to the back of the bus all over again once I re-print. Sigh......

Yesterday I got my second fingerprint rejection letter, and my wife got a phone call saying her permit was in, both on the same day. Reprinted for the 3rd time at OSBI today. To the back of the bus one more time for me!

Wow, got my letter Thursday that my CCW ready at Sheriffs office picked it up Friday. 31 days. Man I thought this was going to be a 90 day ordeal very happy.

yeah, my wife got her letter from OSBI 38 days after they charged our card. The letter was dated 30 days from the day they charged our card.

Now, after 53 days (from card charge), still no letter or CCL for me.

Just dropped my application off on Jan. 21st, cant wait!

Just called and mine is ready, 36 days after cc charged. going to pick it up right after work. Have yet to recieve letter!

Ours came 39 days after dropping our applications off. We picked up our licenses this past Saturday.
