Thats crazy.

We pay $100 or more to get a license in 3-4 months.

Wisconsin pays about $50 to get a license in 2-3 weeks.....

PA costs like $50 for 5 years and u get it in about a month.

Filled out my app today. Now to get pics and finger prints. Called the Canadian County Sheriff's office and they said they only do finger prints and take CC apps from 08:00-10:00. Talk about accomodating.

The wait is horrible. Sent mine in March 30th. OSBI cashed the money order on April 10th, so at least it's nice to know the sheriffs did their part pretty quick.

After reading the waiting periods posted here recently I am so glad I did mine last year. I bet it might have something to do with SB1733.

Many of us that are waitingturned our apps in way before SB1733 was passed. OSBI charged my debit card back on April 26th or 27th, exactly one week after turning it in to Tulsa County Sheriffs Office

With the Way Eric Holder is running the Justice Department these days.. it may be a delay in the FBI doing their part. Glad I went with the 10 yr license when I renewed last yr.

Day 100 or 93 if counting the day my credit card charge cleared. The way things have been going, I'm looking at another 10-15 day. Not a big deal. I just thought that with a clean record it shouldn't take this long.

I'm in the same boat. Day 97 for my wife and I but day 81 since the OSBI got it.

"Shall" has apparently lost some meaning. 60 days? pfffft 90 days? We do what we want.

I think they will change it to "when we get to it..." instead of "shall".
