I didn't get an email. I emailed OSBI and they said they received my application from Cleveland County on the 15th of this month. I was fingerprinted and turned in my app on the 18th of Dec.

I mailed my renewal late Christmas Eve day and still waiting. I know they've started the process because my CC has been charged... sure wish it would get here.
