no telling because I had my last renewal in my wallet for 3 days before it hit my CC, I did my renewal online and someone was being an over achiever because mine was in my hands in 17 days.
44 days from Sheriffs office to my mail box today..
Submitted mine 9/3 and picked it up 10/6. Right at 4 weeks for me!
Five weeks since OSBI charged my card... still waiting... impatiently...
Send them a nice email. That's what I did had it 5 days latter. I just told them I wanted to make sure they got my app. I included my full name address and last 4 ssn and phone number. They will reply back...

Filled out the paperwork online on 12/3 and to it to the TCSO for fingerprints about a week later and got my license 12/29.
I filled out the application online at the OSBI website. Then OSBI e-mailed me that they received my fingerprints from the county sheriff's office on Nov. 26th, and I received my license on Dec. 24th. I was really surprised to get it that quickly.
