An astute observation, sir. I believe you are correct. Makes me want to move to Arizona or another free state. Having to be screened and pay for a permit is a raw deal.

I don't want to add to your waiting period. When your CCL comes back, it comes back to the Sheriff's office. It can take a couple of weeks before they get around to calling you to come pick it up.

I got a letter from OSBI when my license was approved.

You could always throw a brick through the front window...They will take your prints....in a hurry...

Same here except that the weather in most of those states is either too hot or too cold.
