My fish cakes. This time I used Drum fish.
Veggies cut up and then into food processor to make smaller.
Onions, celery,bell peppers, jalapeno peppers.
Baked potato and some corn meal added to that in the processor along with 3 boiled Drum filets.
Some creole seasoning, dill weed, lemon pepper, garlic powder.
Mix it all in processor make into balls or cakes.. dry wet dry of course.
Flour with black pepper in it then into egg and lastly into bread crumbs and panko crumbs mixed.
Deep fry or fry in skillet..I did skillet and used avocado oil. Bacon grease works well also.

Wife said NO fishy taste at all unlike the paddle fish I used last time.Yep Drum is not a fishy fish just a firm meat fish that does not matter in the food processor.
