He used a CZ 512 22 magnum scoped. We gutted the sow and cut off her head to make her lighter. It wasn't as bad as the doe I got on the last day of deer gun season though, that doe was killing my shoulders! I would think the pig would be heavier but surprisingly it wasn't that bad on the shoulders compared to the deer! Definitely need to get a good shoulder pad when "backpacking" large wild animals! It'll at least help reduce fatigue on me shoulders hopefully.
