Referring to a previous post, someone mentioned stocking up on wine and brandy for duck recipes. Could you elaborate? The only way my wife will touch 'em is if I deep fry 'em like chicken fried steak. What other recipes do you all use? Thanks.

Here ya go...ducks unlimited web site also has numerous duck recipies as well.
I add a little teryaki sauce to the salmi recipe when cooking the mushrooms.
Every time I make salmi of wild duck I get nothing but compliments...even from the non-hunter types.
