That's the part that makes it bad to be a burglar. When the dirt bags know the laws allows your victim to blow your sorry ass into the hereafter, you think before doing.
The burglar that broke in and stole my guns got 16 years in the slammer. He served 10. He had a couple of other charges as well like stealing oil field equipment.

A murderer takes your life all at once. A thief (by taking your possessions - which part of your life was spent earning!) takes your life slowly and painfully...

Come on, Oklahoma!! Those are rookie numbers. We gotta pump those numbers up (referring to the fact that criminals no longer breefing have a 0% recidivism rate).
