Yet another coyote question

I had no idea that coyote hunting was so big time until I started lurking on this forum. It seems like a good challenge and a lot of fun. The one question I guess I have is what do you all do with them? Just get rid of them?

I skin some if they are really pretty and tan them but usually just leave them where they lay.

I've got a friend who skins them if the coat is nice. Otherwise I drag them to a ditch an leave em.

Coyotes can be a menace. They can harass and kill livestock, wreak havoc on small deer in the spring and eat all the small game. They do have a place, but they become overpopulated very quickly without management.

Toss em in a ditch. Try to keep em out of publics eyes. [Dont hang em on fence posts].

You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey's uh, yote-kabobs, yote creole, yote gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There's pineapple yote, lemon yote, coconut yote, pepper yote, yote soup, yote stew, yote salad, yote and potatoes, yote burger, yote sandwich. That- that's about it.
