Completely agree, with the exception that this case is going to blow up in the prosecutor's face. Good grief, the State witnesses were mostly bolstering the DEFENSE.

Also, this may be picking nits, but why is this thread in 2A Legal and Political? It's about a criminal trial.

I couldn't figure a better place to start the thread. I figured if I started it in General Discussions, they would put it here, since a trial is a legality, and it involved a Concealed Carry, and the trial has become a political hot - topic. If I'm wrong, my bad - face palm!

Yep, this is exactly what we can expect & it's extremely sad to have to admit that it is in fact a reality. They complain about stereotyping, they complain about discrimination, they complain about racism & then they act like this. Hmmmm, seems maybe it's not so much stereotyping as it is basing a conclusion off their own comments. Why are they always the first ones to want to riot when things don't go their way?

What else is sad is the fact that they will rally together to commit acts like this when things don't go their way but can't seem to pull together in their own neighborhoods/communities to reduce gang violence, murder, drug dealers, burglary, ect.... They would rather sit back & complain about the situation, refuse to help police & glorify the violent gang/hood lifestyle. Then demand respect from other people. Too bad the world doesn't work that way & you will only get respect when it's given.

Quote from a thread on Free Republic:

This team of prosecution lawyers never intended to convict Zimmerman, nor did they ever believe they could convict Zimmerman.

They knew their “star witness” was fatally flawed, and that the defense team would quickly expose her as ignorant, and as a liar. But they also knew many in the black population would be sympathetic with her, and that the more stupid and dysfunctional she was made to appear on the stand, the more angry many blacks would get.

Prosecution teams test their witnesses, asking virtually every question the defense could possibly ask, to make absolutely sure the witnesses credibility couldn't be undone on the stand. Do you really think this woman somehow convinced this entire team of prosecution lawyers that she was being truthful, and that she'd make a good witness for the prosecution? No freakin way.

Do you really think the prosecution team didn't know that the first two witnesses who appeared on the scene after the shooting would both testify, under oath, that they saw Zimmerman on his back, with Martin on top of him...fully supporting exactly what Zimmerman had said? Of course they knew.

This prosecution team never intended to convict Zimmerman. In fact, if it looked like they would win this case I'm convinced they would have sabotaged it more than they already have.

This isn't about “justice for Travon Martin.” This is about whipping the black population into a frenzy of hate and anger, so that liberal politicians can demagogue the “racial justice” theme all through the mid-term elections. This is about winning Obama a majority in the House of Representatives so he can push the rest of his America-destroying agenda through without opposition.

This is all about recreating the anger created by the Rodney King case, when prosecutors overcharged their case in order to whip up the black population, knowing that without a doubt they could never prove an “attempted murder” case.

Now we have a second source confirming what Dale00 told us earlier. Obama's evil plan is to get a not guilty verdict for Zimmerman. We just don't yet know how his all-powerful design will manifest itself. No matter what happens it's a Democrat conspiracy.

In a week or two even .0311 will be converted to that point of view. It'll take a little head scratching, but ultimately, a conspiracy in the hand is worth two in the bush.

Defense Attorney Mark O'Mara: Would you say that whatever George Zimmerman did to stop the attack may have saved his life?

STATE WITNESS Physicians Assistant: I would say so, yes.

Thats a great thing to leave the jury with for the weekend.

Mentioning Obama being involved I think it actually a key point, especially since he made the ignorant personal comment of if he had a son & likened him to Treyvon. He should have never took a side in a racially motivated case, period. He could have commented on how sad of a situation it was & feeling for families on both sides, but never should have openly & loudly supported the black side only. He will fuel the race riots that will begin after this case. It's not really a if question, just a when & how bad will it be.

Race riots? Sounds like a reason to prop dhs up and go full national police force.
