That's not too far from the base structure of my home. With excepts for the folding concrete shutters. We built an ICF (insulated concrete form) home about two years ago. The walls are a foot thick concrete up to the 11' mark. From there it is 2x6 and rigid, sprayed foam construction. Supposed to have a 250 mph wind load rating. Haven't seen the zpsf rating. That's zombie per square foot. I've got a walk in attic on the south end and a game room on the north upstairs. That gives a 360 degree field of fire from the windows! Now... Gotta think about those shutters...
