A no-vote does not remove ANY concealed-carry rights. The 2nd Amendment will be alive today, as will CCW, when this bill fails.
Constitutional rights - Article 2 Section 6 - Legislature can limit the carrying of weapons. If you do NOT override the veto, you are UPHOLDING the OK Constitution.
CCW must be HIDDEN. If you don't think anyone will open carry, then WHY do it? If they accidentally show their weapon, and they've been charged, show me where it happened! We don't want people fearful if their gun accidentally showed. He would author a bill to correct it if that were to happen. We do not need Open Carry for that situation.
We do not need to put OK in a situation where businesses will limit the rights of citizens by banning all weapons... Why isn't the NRA, the ORA, etc. in favor? "Because it's not important to citizens of Oklahoma to exercise their 2nd Amendment rights."
