if you live in Kennesaw, GA. I found some info on this place. They actually went a totaly new way on gun laws back in the early 80's, when they made it law that every head of household had to own a gun. Pretty intresting article. If you just google the town, you can find a lot more info on it. Thoughts?

Actually it just means if felons live in town, they're armed too.

That was my point Felons cannot own a gun therefore they can not live in town as head of household.

The ordinance states that felons or the mentally or physically disabled are exempt. Also for the record, it states anyone opposed to owning firearms due to "beliefs" or money (being a "pauper") is exempt.

So in reality, it's a pretty meaningless law, not to mention as ignorant as laws prohibiting regular citizens from owning firearms.
