My point is not that something can't happen but this:
On 911 where exactly did you run and hide your family with all your supplies?

I was in KC and stayed an extra 2 days so that I could haul some folks from Dallas back to OKC because the airlines were shut down. The panic was intense.

I enjoy talking to a bunch of dimwitted comedians. The same "almighty America" is the same one thats in turmoil, has political corruption, fiscal crisis throughout the country, and not to mention that nearly every racial faction in the world has a sizable population living within our borders.

Im not paranoid by any means but im not stupid enough to believe that sh*t won't, can not, and doesnt ever happen.

Well then, maybe instead of making Earthquake Warnings for California, you make and post a warning for all Oklahomans so we can be truly ready for SHTF....

I couldnt gather much sense from this post but I will just reply to what i think you meant. Im not paranoid and neither do I think a SHTH situation will ever happen but I dont believe talking about what should be done in such situations should be laughed at either because we never know what can happen in the world in which will live.

I'm not sure in a SHTF situation where the world is crumbling if I'd want to make it. Maybe just go down swinging and be done with it. That's like surviving a Nuclear Holocaust scenario. I'm sure some folks would try and some would succeed, but who the heck would want to. You'd get to stumble around in the rubble trying to catch radioactive rats to eat. No thanks. I think I'd just pull out a lawn chair, grab a libation and watch the fireworks that I'm sure would appear over Tinker.....

That's okay honey ... I gotcha covered on this one ... I dunno though ... those JBTs do like to do a lot of rubbin' ... you get used to it after a while ...

(Be sure and keep a lot of jerky in your BOB ... judging from what I have seen, if you tossed a little into the lot of them, they will be so busy fighting over the contents you should be able to make a clean getaway! )

This a bazillon times over. Maybe the reason I can make light of this type of stuff is because I have what I need to last long enough to see if it is gonna be worth the effort. If I see that it is gonna cause me more grief than I have already endured in my not-so-short life, well then ... I have lived a good one. Ain't no sense in messing that track record up.

I like where you are coming from. Im young and just became of age to buy my first handgun so im ready to get out there an fight the fight if thats what it comes to. If I was older, then me and you would be in the same boat.
